HERE WE GO AGAIN! SEQUOIA PARK IVY LEAGUE IS BACK FOR ANOTHER PULL!

That’s right, we have our own Ivy League in town and it’s not what you think. Instead of hitting the books hard to get that college degree, we are hitting the park hard to eradicate ivy from our beloved Redwood forest. This group of dedicated volunteers is gaining some serious momentum. We hope to make this the biggest and best yet!

Sequoia Park Zoo is seeking adult volunteers for a brand-new education program on the Redwood Sky Walk 

Do you love the majesty of our local redwoods? Is Sequoia Park a special place for you? If so, would you like to hang out in the redwood canopy 100 feet above the forest floor and help visitors enjoy the Redwood Sky Walk? 2022 Point-in-Time Count scheduled for Jan. 26 

Volunteers are needed. 

The Humboldt Housing and Homeless Coalition (HHHC) will conduct a Point-in-Time count of people experiencing homelessness during the morning of Wednesday, Jan. 26.

Redwood Sky Walk Volunteers Needed ASAP!

We need your help!

We are seeking volunteers for 2 hours shifts from 8:30am-5pm beginning on 10/30.

Your duties: you will be assigned an area in the park to monitor trail walkers and ensure they stay within safety boundaries as construction takes place.
