If you or someone you know is interested in coaching or has a desire to work with and mentor youth, you or they can fill out the a coach’s application or pick one up at the Adorni Recreation Center, at 1011 Waterfront Drive
We also have coach’s applications (and more details) at http://www.ci.eureka.ca.gov/depts/recreation/youth_sports/basketball.asp
Coaches plan, organize, and supervise one weekly practice session, and coach one weekend game for the 12 game season, a small time commitment that will impact the youth in community for a lifetime.
No experience necessary! We will provide training for all new coaches. If you have any questions you can reach me at 441-4245 or senes@ci.eureka.ca.gov.
Join us for community meeting on Sequoia Park an have your voice heard on a statewide video project at Sequoia Park on August 28.
