After you’ve been playing all day, come join us for the FREE community BBQ in Sequoia Park starting at 4:30 on #gopd2019.

There will also be a beer garden (over 21 and not free) provided by Six Rivers Brewery and we’ll close off the night with a free screening of a family friendly movie at 8:30- Movie TBD!

Music will again be provided by Blue Rhythm Revue

Humboldt Soup Company/6th and E Eatery is providing:

Thank you to Making Headway Center for Brain Injury Recovery for being our first major sponsor for Get Out and Play Day 2017.

Making Headway Center for Brain Injury Recovery, at 730 K Street in Eureka, works toward the prevention of brain injuries through education, and helps those who have sustained brain injuries to gain access to individualized services, support and opportunities for independence. Through a variety of programs and services Making Headway Center helps individuals develop the skills necessary to adapt and mitigate the issues caused by brain injury. The agency strives to prevent brain injuries by promoting safe practices and providing properly fitted helmets to children in need.
