Improve your posture and get a better sense of well-being: emphasizing on technique and alignment so you can take Pilates with you and safely apply it to your daily activities.

New PiYo Class with Michaele

PiYo has now come to The Adorni!

PiYo was born by blending elements of Pilates and yoga, integrating powerful strength moves and creating a rhythmic flow of choreography and music.

It’s so beautiful and incredibly powerful too.

Classes are Wednesdays from 12:15 to 1:00 PM.
