Hoopsters Youth Basketball registration is going on now!

The league is available for all full time students currently enrolled in grades 3-12.  The fees are $65 for each participant (scholarships available; see below) and we offer a family discount (2 or more children) for $55/each.  There is also a $5 non-resident fee for each participant that lives outside Eureka City Limits.

We have some scholarship money available to provide 50% of a child’s fees.

To qualify, you’ll need proof of:

  • EBT Benefits
  • Social Security Benefits
  • Partnership Healthplan of California (PHC) Benefits
  • An income eligibility form available at the Adorni

Come to the Adorni right away and sign up!

Deadline dates to sign up as a player or coach is November 30.

(It may fill up earlier however, so don’t wait.)

This unique fundraiser for the City of Eureka Community Services Department’s C.A.P.E. Program will have Halloween classics like a costume contest (with prizes!), horror movie trivia, a dance off, DJ & dancing, games and more! You’ll be having fun and helping make positive social changes in our community by supporting C.A.P.E.

Beer for sale provided by Six Rivers Brewery. This is a 21 & up event.

The latest bench to make its debut on the Waterfront Trail is called the “Timber Heritage Bench.”

It’s by Jona Kavanaugh and it’s located by amphitheater at Halvorsen Park.

It’s a perfect bench to photograph for the Great Eureka Bench Crawl.
