Sequoia Park Ivy League is back for another pull! On March 19, Meet at the Historic W St. entrance from 9am to 1pm. Celebrating 1 year of volunteer work! There will be live ukulele and guitar music courtesy of Angels Creations Guitar School Eureka and FREE donuts kindly donated by Happy Donuts!

Cooper Gulch Volunteer Work Day

Join us for a volunteer work day to help remove invasive species and trash from Cooper Gulch Park on March 4, 2023

This is a family-friendly event; all supplies are provided.

Join the City of Eureka for a volunteer cleanup day at Cooper Gulch Park! This event goes from 9am – 12pm on March 4th!

We will be removing various invasive species from Cooper Gulch. The more these invasive species are removed, the more opportunity plants native to the area can thrive! There will also be opportunities to pick up trash around the park.

Instead of hitting the books hard to get that college degree, we are hitting the park hard to eradicate ivy from our beloved Redwood forest. This group of dedicated volunteers is gaining some serious momentum. We hope to make this the biggest and best yet!
