Stay on Track Through the Holidays while Still Having Fun

The average person can pack on 8-12 pounds during the holiday season! Yikes!

  • What makes it so difficult to stay in control during the holidays?
  • Are you concerned you might “blow it” again this year, causing you to start all over in January?
  • Are you tired of the guilt & shame from “falling off the wagon” during the holidays?

Most importantly, what are YOU going to do to make sure it doesn’t happen to you this year?

willpower-101-logo-smallIf you’d like some assistance sticking to your health and fitness regimen during this most trying part of the year, then you need to attend a special session of Willpower 101 on Saturday, November 21, from 10AM to 12Noon at the Adorni Center.

FREE Annual Halloween Carnival at the Eureka Muni

Come to this FREE community event Saturday October 31st at the Eureka Muni from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.

This is a safe, fun alternative to trick-or-treating, featuring a variety of carnival games, candy and prizes.

How it works:

Pick up a Halloween Pass at the Old Town Gazebo during Old Town Trick or Treating and lead your little ones around to all of the fun things happening around the down town area on Halloween! Then end your day at the Muni (12th & F Streets) for Eureka Recreations Halloween Carnival. While there, turn in your pass and receive one of the many fun prizes available (while supplies last)!
