As of the first week in November, our Tai Chi class will be moving from Saturdays to Sundays.
It will also move from its current time, with the class moving to 10-11AM.
Note: the class will continue to be on Saturdays from 5-6PM this Saturday and next Saturday (Oct 21 and Oct 28).

We are starting a new Tai-Chi fitness class on October 7.
The exercises emphasize continuous flowing movements that unite the body, breath and mind. There is a focus on specific movements from the Simplified 24 Tai Chi form.
Benefits include increased flexibility, leg strength and balance, as well as the effects of meditation such as a reduction in stress and anxiety.

Get ready to meet your fitness goals!
This class, taught by Pablo Durham-Aguilar, will help participants develop, increase, and improve their strength and conditioning fitness through simple, guided exercises that will focus on the needs of each individual student. Students will work in a small group either in circuits or guided exercises.
Students will focus on the following areas:
- Stabilization Endurance
- Strength Endurance
- Overall Increased Strength
- Cardio Endurance
- Other areas each student would like to focus on!
The basic and most important principles of proper posturing and movement will be implemented to prevent injury and improve overall body function. Body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, and other fitness aid props will be used during the course of the session.
