Voice your opinion, beautify your neighborhood, remove invasive species, or pick up trash. Come to all or come to what fits your interest best! The City of Eureka is glad for all of our community members’ unique contributions!
Join the City of Eureka for a Volunteer Work Day at Cooper Gulch Parkfrom 9am to 12pm! We will be removing invasive species and picking up litter from Cooper Gulch Park. There will be free pizza for those who attend!
Attend the City of Eureka’s Community Health Town Hall from 2pm to 4:30pm! Doors open at 1:30pm for refreshments! This is the first of a quarterly series of events being held at City Hall to discuss mental health, homelessness, and substance abuse in a safe, constructive, and solutions-oriented environment with a panel of experienced mental health experts who live and work within our community.
You’re invited to join the City of Eureka’s ECO Eureka Program and Recology to celebrate Zero Waste Day!
Create fun zero waste crafts like beeswax wrap and recyclable gift wrap. Get a better understanding of how your recycling is processed here in Eureka with a recycling line tour. Recology staff will also be cooking up corn dogs- a zero waste food! This is a free and family friendly event.
Join the City of Eureka and PacOut Green Team for our bi-monthly Trash Bash!
We will meet at the Bayshore Mall North Parking Lot (To get to this location turn right at Applebee’s onto Bayshore Way. Then take the next right when you get to the mall parking lots to enter the Bayshore Mall North Parking lot!)
The cleanup will take place from 9am-10:30am.
Join us at 8:45am for a complimentary bagel from Los Bagels before we get started
We always end with a group photo and raffle!
When you arrive, you will need to sign in and get supplies.
