Help support a Bee-Themed Mural at Clara May Berry Park

It’s a community fundraiser for a youth mural at Clara May Berry Park.

You can treat yourself to dinner and drinks at The Carter House Inn ($100 value)

Join us, as we build the community through art.  

How to Enter:

  • Buy your ticket(s) at the Adorni Center (1011 Waterfront Dr.) between now and Sept. 30th (You can buy (1) ticket for $5 or (5) tickets for $20. The more you enter, the greater chance of winning.
  • You can also enter online through Empower Eureka on the Parks, Playgrounds, and Trails page. (Please be sure to leave your name and phone number on the payment page.) Click here (and go to the Parks, Trails, and Playgrounds section) to donate online.
  • Winner will be called on Sept. 30th and gift certificate will be available to pick up at the Adorni Center.

Eureka Trash Bash Oct 5

Spend 90 minutes beautifying Eureka!

Join us for another Trash Bash on Saturday, Oct 5.

We will meet at 8:45am @ Old Chamber building next to Harbor Lanes Bowling Alley. We will have fresh coffee and bagels for our volunteers. We will start promptly at 9am and end at 10:30 am.

All supplies will be provided for the cleanup and it is family friendly!

We always end with a group photo and raffle!

Breakfast and coffee are FREE! Complimentary coffee served by Humboldt Bay Coffee. Please bring a reusable cup! And complimentary bagels by Los Bagels.

Eureka Trash Bash June 1

Spend 90 minutes beautifying Eureka!

Join us for another Trash Bash on Saturday, June 1st! We have a new meeting location and time! As always, all supplies are provided. All volunteers get a free lunch at Applebee’s following the cleanup.

Breakfast and coffee will be provided by Los Bagels. Please show up at 8:45am for breakfast and coffee; cleanup will begin at 9am.

This update adds three drop in participation options for those unable to make the other event (see below in red).

The City of Eureka is excited to announce its application for the Prop 68: Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Program. This funding opportunity helps fund park projects in critically underserved communities. The city is working hard to improve all city parks with the focus of this grant application being to revitalize 20/30 Park, located at 2605 Pine St.

The City of Eureka would like to you to be part of the process, you are invited to join us for two planned community meetings this month:

  • Lincoln School Cafeteria – 216 W. Harris St., Eureka April 30th 6pm-8pm

Just Added! If you are unable to make the April 30th date, join us for three drop-in participation options this month:

  • April 13th 9am-12am • 20/30 Park – 2605 Pine St, Eureka
  • April 20th 11am-1pm  • “Easter Egg Hunt” Carson Park – Between H and I St, Eureka
