Join us for another Trash Bash on Saturday, February 22.

Spend 90 minutes helping beautify Eureka!

NEW LOCATION: We will meet at 8:45am at the Samoa Bridge Boat Launch located under the Samoa Bridge on Waterfront Dr. in Eureka (right next to Halvorsen Park)

8:45 am we will have bagels compliments of Los Bagels. Cleanup will begin promptly at 9am.

All supplies will be provided for the cleanup and it is family friendly! Please bring comfortable clothing and a reusable water bottle.

We always end with a group photo and raffle!

Resolution Run on January 1

Start The New Year Off With A Bang!!!

Come join the Six Rivers Running Club, Timber Heritage Association & City of Eureka. Bring your friends and family for a day of fun and exercise while working on your New Year’s resolutions!

Runners will start and finish at the Del Norte pier parking lot (located @ the foot of Del Norte Street in Eureka along the Bay.)

There will be mimosas for purchase (donated by Six Rivers Brewery). Free speeder rides are provided by the Timber Heritage Association.

Honor our Veterans at the Adorni Center

We will be honoring all the men and women who have selflessly served our country at the Adorni Center on Veterans Day.

  • Monday November 11, 2019
  • 11:00 AM
  • 1011 Waterfront Drive, Eureka

Our featured speaker will be Colonel Ronald Pierre, United States Air Force Retired.

This observance and program are presented by the Rotary Club of Southwest Eureka in partnership with the City of Eureka. Please attend and please spread the word.

As a reminder, the Adorni Center will be closed that day with the exception of this event.

**NEW Meeting Location & Time**

We will meet at 8:45am @ Old Chamber building next to Harbor Lanes Bowling Alley. We will have FREE and fresh coffee by Humboldt Bay Coffee and and FREE bagels by Los Bagels for our volunteers. We will start promptly at 9am and end at 10:30 am. Lunch will be provided by Applebee’s.

All supplies will be provided for the cleanup and it is family friendly!

We always end with a group photo and raffle! Applebees will be donating lunch for all the volunteers.

Please bring comfortable clothing and a reusable water bottle.

Help Underprivileged Kids Have a Better Halloween

There are over 1,000 children in Humboldt County who are classified as either homeless or in foster care services who could use a costume for Halloween this year.

The Community Access Project for Eureka (C.A.P.E.) and Eureka Community Services are asking for donations of new or gently used Halloween costumes for children whose families cannot afford them on their own.

Donated costumes will be given to families referred by their case/social worker.

Costumes can be dropped off at the Adorni Center, 1011 Waterfront Dr., Eureka, Monday – Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday 9am-7pm and Sunday 9am-4pm.

Come dressed in your favorite costume and enjoy a day of fun with friends and family. We will have activities for all ages.

We are conducting a costume drive at the Adorni Center and we need your help.

  • Please help us support our community with child-appropriate costume donations.*
  • Costumes will be given to local families in need.
    *no additional ninja costumes are needed at this time

Give the gift of an unexpected treat. Give a Halloween costume to an underprivileged child.

It’s a community fundraiser for a youth mural at Clara May Berry Park.

  • Buy your ticket(s) at the Adorni Center (1011 Waterfront Dr.) between now and Sept. 30th (You can buy (1) ticket for $5 or (5) tickets for $20. The more you enter, the greater chance of winning.
