This is a multi-level class and perfect for beginners with no dance experience. Modifications and challenges will be given. 10 minute belly blast will burn and tone your abs with effective and dynamic core exercises.

We’ve added STRONG by Zumba to our line up!
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
The Adorni Community Center is now offering STRONG by Zumba on the following days and times:
- Wed evenings from 5:30-6:30PM with Michaele.
- Saturday 11AM-12PM with Renee

Total Body Workout with Pablo Durham-Aguilar will not take place this Friday night, Dec 15, 2017.
The class will resume on Monday, December 18 at its usual time from 6:30 to 7:30PM at the Adorni Center.
If you’re looking for a complete workout for any level of experience, make plan to attend this powerful class every Monday and Friday night from 6:30 to 7:30PM.
If you’re looking to feel better, have more energy, and get or get in shape – this is for you!
Total body workout, taught by Pablo Aguilar, is a new class which takes elements from CORE DE FORCE which is a MMA-inspired workout. Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations are mixed in with fat-blasting cardio and bodyweight moves to help you zero in on stubborn belly fat and carve allover. Strength and Conditioning using weights, kettlebells, bodyweight as well as balance and stability drills are also part of the focus for overall fitness.
- Mondays and Fridays from 6:30 to 7:30
- Any fitness level

“Fight to Fitness” is a unique, complete cardiovascular and endurance workout blending mixed martial arts (MMA) techniques which draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai. It is set to a motivational soundtrack and is a non-contact class.
