CPR Class Date for May is Changed

The monthly CPR class, usually on the 3rd Saturday of the month, is being moved to the 2nd Saturday in May due to Bee Fest.

It will therefore be on May 12. All other information remains the same.

New Core Flow Yoga Class starting in May

Jordan Rosin will be teaching a new Yoga class starting in May.

The class will take place Monday evenings from 6:30-7:30.

What is Core Flow Yoga?

It’s a core-focused open-level yoga practice with emphasis on building strength, balance, and mobility. Flowing vinyasa style with modifications up and down for additional challenge or ease.
