Granted, it can be done any time of the year but there’s something about a new year that calls for a fresh start.
Whether you’d like to knock off those few extra pounds, get more fit, spend more time with your family, or get more organized, if you’re serious about change, you need to attend the first Willpower 101 session of 2016 on January 30, 2016 from 10AM to noon at the Adorni.
Our topic for this first month will be “Lining out a Successful Year.”

Youngsters will learn basic techniques of the world’s most popular, fast-moving game. It’s a real kick (sorry, couldn’t resist) and could anything be much cuter than a bunch of two to five-year-olds having a great time playing with a soccer ball?
Classes are non-competitive and run in a friendly and nurturing environment where parents, family, and friends are encouraged to cheer and support the participants.
