Come join us on July 31, 2021 for the return of Get Out & Play Day with lots of free fun activities throughout Eureka.
This popular FREE community event will take place throughout Eureka with activities for everyone.
All current Humboldt County COVID guidelines will be in effect. If you are feeling sick, please stay home. We’ll see you next year.
How do you play?
There is also a social media-based photo contest so you can share your adventure and be eligible for even more prizes, which, of course, you can play without entering any facilities.
A special thanks goes out to Eureka Main Street, Clarke Historic Museum, Scrapper’s Edge, and the participating businesses who made this possible.

Well, get ready to do that and have fun in Old Town and Downtown Eureka (“The Heart of Eureka.”) This is designed to be a socially-distant outdoor-based, safe activity. Masks and social distancing is required to participate.
Well, get ready to do that starting Friday, July 24, 2020 (updated) and have fun in Old Town and Downtown Eureka (“The Heart of Eureka.”)
We know there is a positive shift and an improved collective attitude in our community when we bring people together for a common goal, and since the pandemic has challenged us on so many fronts, we are excited to announce an opportunity to reunite, reconnect, and recover by simply visiting Old Town and Downtown for a playful adventure for all ages: a self-led Community Scavenger Hunt in the “Heart of Eureka”.
This fundraiser will help the UPLIFT Eureka Program designed to support our houseless community members in accessing vital resources to obtain housing, employment, and to reclaim independence.
That’s right, you can have a good time and support solutions to homelessness.
There will be live music too! Join us for Blues Night hosted by Andy B!
One dollar from every drink will go directly to support UPLIFT Eureka. So please, come join us for a night of dancing and libations meanwhile supporting your community.
