The Adorni will be closed on Monday, February 19, in observance of Presidents Day.
At Eureka Community Services, we love to provide lots of fun community classes.
If you’d like to attend a community class (or you’d like your kids to do so), it’s important to register early because some of these excellent programs may be cancelled if you wait until the last minute to register because all program need to be cost effective and cannot run if we don’t get enough participants.
Please register early to avoid disappointment.
What are community classes?
We have a new Zumba instructor starting Friday Feb 9!
Jessica Blandini-Lake is returning to the Adorni and will be conducting classes every Fridays from 5:30-6:30.
It’s free for Adorni members.
Non members can come with a member at no charge if the member uses his or her Buddy Pass. Others are welcome via drop in fees or the multipass.
It’s a brand new fitness class at the Adorni!
This class combines authentic/safe hip hop technique, cardiovascular training and muscle conditioning. It is fun and upbeat and you’ll learn cool dance moves and combinations that are easy to follow.
This class is perfect for beginners and it’s drop-in friendly.
SharQuiⓇ Belly Dance Fitness or SharQui-The Belly Dance WorkoutⓇ is the perfect blend of cardio, muscle conditioning and safe belly dance technique.
This fun and upbeat class will have you sweating, smiling and shimming! This high-intensity and low impact workout will build your stamina, increase your muscle coordination and elevate your mood.
This is a multi-level class and perfect for beginners with no dance experience. Modifications and challenges will be given. 10 minute belly blast will burn and tone your abs with effective and dynamic core exercises.
Learn fun dance combinations while burning calories and transforming your physique.
The Adorni Center’s Sunday schedule has expanded!
The entire gym is open an additional two hours; now staying open until 6:00PM, instead of 4:00.
- Pickle ball remains the same from 9AM-12Noon
- Ladder play goes from 12Noon-1PM.
- Volleyball is now in two courts from 1:30-3:30PM
- Basketball goes from 4-6PM.
We’re trying out this new schedule; it might revert later in the year. So, get to the Adorni and have some fun!
Although our normal pattern is to have our CPR class on the third Saturday of each month, the February class has changed from the 17th to the 24th. All other CPR dates remain the same.
About this class: This class is what is called a “blended learning” CPR class which means students must spend two hours on their computers on an-online class before coming in to class for what will now only be two hours, instead of all day.
