There are over 1,000 children in Humboldt County who are classified as either homeless or in foster care services who could use a costume for Halloween this year.
The Community Access Project for Eureka (C.A.P.E.) and Eureka Community Services are asking for donations of new or gently used Halloween costumes for children whose families cannot afford them on their own.
Donated costumes will be given to families referred by their case/social worker.
Costumes can be dropped off at the Adorni Center, 1011 Waterfront Dr., Eureka, Monday – Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday 9am-7pm and Sunday 9am-4pm.
Help us fill the bags of all of the little ghost and goblins bags with candy this Halloween.
On Saturday October 26th, Eureka Community Services will host our annual Halloween Carnival at Sequoia Park. This FREE event is a fun Halloween tradition. If you would like to help, please donate a bag of candy at the Adorni Community and Recreation Center. (Individually wrapped candy only please.)
Join our very popular and exciting Hoopsters Youth Basketball Program!
