The Community Access Project for Eureka (C.A.P.E.) is organizing a Winter Holiday Gift Program for local children who reside at the Eureka Rescue Mission Women’s Shelter and The Serenity Inn as well as children served by the Betty Chinn Homeless Foundation.
C.A.P.E. staff, along with Santa Clause & his elf, will be delivering gifts to the children as a special holiday treat.
C.A.P.E. would greatly appreciate monetary donations to help ensure every child receives a holiday gift! You can donate online by visiting www.eurekaheroes.org and click “donate” in the top right corner. Or you can mail a check to Attn: CAPE 531 K St. Eureka, CA 95501. Please make the check out to the “CAPE Fund”. No matter how big or small of a donation, your gift will help bring alive the holiday spirit for our local children.
What is C.A.P.E.?
The Community Access Project for Eureka (C.A.P.E.) partners with organizations who work directly with houseless, low-income and disadvantaged members of the community to offer low to no barrier access to quality of life programming that directly meets the needs of the populations served by its partnering agencies.
The ultimate goal of C.A.P.E. is to help these organizations provide access to quality of life programs and opportunities for all members of our community regardless of their living situation or income.
