Great Eureka Bench Crawl – Win a Prize!

Would you like to win $50 to the Carter House Restaurant – for simply taking some pictures?

So, help us celebrate the grand opening of the Waterfront Trail, and the installation of all the new artistic benches – and win a prize for doing so.

Here’s how it works.

• Between now and October 15 at 8PM, visit any or all of the new benches on the waterfront trail. (You can see their location in the map that’s included in this post or by downloading this PDF.)
• Snap a photo (or many) of you, your friends, and/or your family interacting with the bench. You can sit on it, pose by it, or get artsy with it.
• Tag your photo with #EurekaBenchCrawl2018 and upload it to Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.
• We’ll do a random drawing the week of October 15 and you could win a $50 certificate to one of the finest restaurants on the Northcoast of California.

Stuff you need to know…

Privacy settings for entries must be set to “public” or judges cannot see them and you won’t be included in contest. City employees are ineligible. Each photo can only be entered once but you can enter as many as you wish. By entering, you give Eureka Community Services permission to use your photo in future publicity. Winners will be contacted via the social media they used by October 22, 2018. Judges’ decision is final.
