NEW Hip Hop Dance Fitness Class Starts Feb 3

It’s a brand new fitness class at the Adorni!

This class combines authentic/safe hip hop technique, cardiovascular training and muscle conditioning. It is fun and upbeat and you’ll learn cool dance moves and combinations that are easy to follow.

This class is perfect for beginners and it’s drop-in friendly.

  • At the Adorni center
  • Free for Adorni Members

Included in this workout is a 10 minute booty and belly blast that will burn and tone your abs and glutes.
