Total body workout, taught by Pablo Aguilar, is a new class which takes elements from CORE DE FORCE which is a MMA-inspired workout. Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations are mixed in with fat-blasting cardio and bodyweight moves to help you zero in on stubborn belly fat and carve allover. Strength and Conditioning using weights, kettlebells, bodyweight as well as balance and stability drills are also part of the focus for overall fitness.

About Pablo Aguilar
Pablo began fitness training in 1994 after a back injury. Deciding that pills were not the way for him to heal, he studied to become a kinesiologist and a posture expert. From there, Pablo studied with a Chinese Tai Chi Chuan master for ten years and has since become certified in a wide array of fitness techniques including:
- Strength and conditioning
- Posture and balance
- Agility and quickness
Pablo moved to California in 2010 and previously also owned his own gym. He currently specializes in body weight exercises and lives by the creed, “Be your best.”
