Thank You to Humboldt Soup Company and 6th and E Eatery for #GOPD2017

Get Out and Play Day 2017 wouldn’t happen without the support of so many local businesses.

That includes Humboldt Soup Company and 6th & E Eatery who are donating and preparing food for our community BBQ. (Humboldt Soup company is also a Passport pick up location starting July 17.)

Don’t know of these great establishments?

Humboldt Soup Company where you can enjoy a quick, casual and healthy meal is locally owned by Chef Christine Silver, who takes pride in offering freshly prepared meals that are nutritious and delicious. The Humboldt Soup Company prepares up to 5 soups every day, using local farmers market produce whenever available.  Also on the menu are hearty sandwiches and fresh salads.

They proudly support Eureka’s Get Out and Play Day and the efforts to bring awareness to a healthy lifestyle for our community

Sixth and E Neighborhood Eatery is located in downtown Eureka just one block from Highway 101. They serve great food in a casual setting including burgers, pasta, salads and local beer.  Their famous burgers are made with fresh baked buns, grass fed beef and quality ingredients. Gluten free and vegetarian options available.

They are excited to be a supporter and participant of Get Out and Play Day by supplying food and staff for the BBQ.
