Qigong for Health Starts June 26 at the Adorni!
What is Qigong?
It’s an ancient Chinese energy practice for health and fitness. The exercises use breathing, movement and visualization to cultivate and circulate “qi”, the body’s vital energy.
- Monday & Fridays nights from 5:30-6:30pm (corrected to show Fridays – not Wednesdays – as the second night)

The class includes stretching, practice of classic forms, flowing movements, balance and breathing practice, and meditation. Qigong can be practiced by any age or fitness level. No prior experience is necessary.
