UPDATE: Pilates Expanded to Twice a Week

pilates-twice-a-weekWe’ve added a second weekly Pilates Class so now you can attend Wednesdays OR Fridays (or both)!

Grab a mat and get ready to stabilize and strengthen your core!

Astrid is leading thes new Pilates classes where we will practice a series of movements that will help you get stronger, more sculpted muscles and a flexible body.

Improve your posture and get a better sense of well-being: emphasizing on technique and alignment so you can take Pilates with you and safely apply it to your daily activities.

Details:

  • Every Friday from 5:30-6:30PM & Every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30PM
  • At the Adorni Center
  • Included in membership at the Adorni (If you’re not a member, stop in and say you’d like a free class and you can try it out; no obligation.)
