Sequoia Zoo Announces Goat Gazebo

Sequoia Park Zoo guests can now watch the adorable Nigerian Dwarf Kidz climb, teeter-totter and play on a beautiful Goat Gazebo structure at the Barnyard.

Human Kidz visiting the Barnyard can pretend to sell corn and carrots in a fun new Farm Stand, play animal hop scotch and balance like a goat along a log trail.

Goat Gazebo Ribbon CuttingThis project was funded with a generous grant from the Ruth & Sign Smith Endowment Fund and Eureka Rotary. Eureka Rotarians volunteered to install colorful hanging baskets, plant mini-gardens in barrels, and seal the wood of the new Goat Gazebo. The new structures were built by Don L. Smith Construction.
