We’re very excited to introduce “Fight to Fitness” twice a week now at the Adorni Center!
“Fight to Fitness” is a unique, complete cardiovascular and endurance workout blending mixed martial arts (MMA) techniques which draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai. It is set to a motivational soundtrack and is a non-contact class.
Class is taught by Pablo Aguilar – a kinesiologist, personal trainer, Pilates instructor, Kinesiology nutritionist, and body worker with over 25 years of experience in health and fitness.
Classes are Mondays and Fridays from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.
Show up and tell the folks at the front desk, “I want to fight my way to fitness” and you can attend one free class – even if you’re not a member of the Adorni Center. (Of course, if you’re a member of the Adorni Center, it’s already free, but show up anyway!)
