Winter/Spring 2016 Women’s Volleyball League Organization Meetings

 

Meetings will be held on Wednesday, November 4^th  at 6:00 PM in the Conference room at the Adorni Center, 1011 Waterfront Drive, for all teams interested in participating in 2016 Winter/Spring Women’s Volleyball Leagues.

To RESERVE a spot in the league it is mandatory that the team manager or a person representing your team be present at the meeting. Please be prompt.  We will also be passing out the league registration materials and discussing any concerns or suggestions you may have.

REGISTRATION will begin Thursday, November 5^th, and continue through Friday, DECEMBER 4^th.

League games will begin the week of JANUARY 18^th and will tentatively end in mid-April. We will be offering a 12-game season. The cost for each team will be $325.00 plus a $10.00 non-resident fee for anyone living outside of the Eureka City limits.

ALL FEES AND COMPLETED TEAM ROSTERS MUST BE TURNED IN BY 5:00 P.M. ON THE 4^th. Any team that has not registetered by the deadline will forfeit their reserved status. All open spots will be filled with other interested teams via the volleyball waiting list. To register a team you must have at least 6 players and their signatures on the team roster form. All league fees and non-resident fees must be brought in at the time of registration.
